In 2014, Monroe County Council on Aging initiated a 5-year plan to expand Senior Services in Monroe County with the development of Greenville Senior Manor. Monroe County Council on Aging was awarded approximately $2,800,000.00 to construct four apartment buildings (total of 16 units). Construction began in August 2017 and was completed in December 2020.
Greenville Senior Manor is affordable housing for senior/disabled individuals located in Greenville, WV.
Applicants must be eldery and/or diabled and meet the minimum qualifying requirements (Income limits apply).
